Ordering Information
We ship anywhere in the free world. The
following information will provide the necessary instructions for fast,
reliable service.
Placing your order by phone, or E-mail is
the fastest and most reliable method. Our phone number is (615) 758-9673, After
your order is confirmed, it will be placed on hold for payment and will not be
sold to anyone else. Holding time for domestic orders is seven (7) days.
Outside the United States fifteen (15) days are allowed. If payment is
not received when the allotted time, the item is subject to being offered to
the next customer. Please do not ask us to hold an instrument unless you fully

Payments are accepted by certified
bank checks, money orders, or wire transfers. After confirming
your purchase, Please call or email for bank routing information to make a wire
transfer. All wire charges are to be
charged to your account. Sorry, we do not accept any credit card
payments. When full payment is received, orders will be shipped. We use
United Parcel Service for ground and air services along with various Airfreight
services. UPS ground rates are usually $ 25.00 east of the Rockies and $30.00
to the west. Orders in excess of $1500.00 require extra insurance. Airfreight
shipments outside the US are sent prepaid unless you have a UPS account.. Due
to Postal regulations, we rarely ship by parcel post unless it is a small item
such as a mandolin, violin, uke, etc. We do not ship domestic orders COD
unless you have a UPS account number.
When ordering, please print
name, address and phone number. Give order number and description along
with any special shipping instructions. All instruments are sold on a 24-hr.
approval, unless stated AS IS. If you are not satisfied, please notify us
within the 24 hr. period that you wish to return it . All returned msde.
must be fully insured at the risk and expense of the customer. The
customer is responsible for freight cost both ways. Please pack the
instrument in the same manner in which you received it. We will then refund the
full purchase price when the item is returned to our shop in the same condition
as when we sold it. The customer is liable for all risk of loss or damages in
shipping. There is no approval period allowed on the purchase of new
instruments.
Space does not
permit a full description of each instrument. We will gladly give an in hand
description by phone if you desire. JPEG Digital color photos are available by
Email at no charge.
Appraisal Services: A free
appraisal is available upon request on any instrument we sell. We will appraise
in hand instruments for a fee of $40.00, or by a clear photo and detailed
description. We will not guarantee authenticity of any instrument that is
appraised from a photo. We do not attempt to appraise or authenticate fine,
high quality instruments such as Gibson pre-war era banjos by photo. Our
service for this must be with hands on inspection. The rate for this service is
$50.00. If disassembly is required, there will be an extra labor and setup charge added.
Consignments: We accept a
limited number of instruments in this manner. We charge 20% of the gross sale,
less any necessary repairs. We do require at least 60 days to market your
instrument. If your instrument is valued at $3,000.00 or more, we can drop our
fee to 15%.
